OAXACAN offers 24-hours a day service all year round.
When you make a
purchase at our OAXACAN virtual store, this generates a
specific reference number which you should retain in case you need to
clarify something about your order at a later date.
The size and
colors of products can vary slightly since these products are elaborated
in hand-craft style as unique and unrepeatable.
Payment can be
made by PAY-PAL, credit or debit card, or bank deposit.
Delivery will be
made between one to four weeks depending on the complexity of the order.
This will be communicated by one of our staff after confirming purchases.
The final cost
does not include shipping and handling. These will be covered by the
customer.

costs on all purchases
- OAXACAN covers the total
shipping costs of any purchases of woollen rugs of the following
sizes

- If you buy a singles item, shipping is
free as long as the order is the minimum purchase cost.
- In the case of promotions Granate
handcrafts will make a USD $12.0 or €12.0 contribution towards shipping
costs.

the case of wholesale or bulk purchases there are special prices
- OAXACAN uses the world-wide recognized shipping services of DHL
- Catalog prices do not include the Mexican
Value Added Tax (IVA) of 15%

OAXACANis accompanied with a certificate of origin.
